Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the tuttifruttigame.app website and the TuttiFrutti mobile app.

Acceptance

By using the site or the app, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

TuttiFrutti is a word game (Stop / Scattergories-style) for Android, with local matches, online challenges, and live play. The website describes the game and links to its Google Play listing.

Account

Some features require signing in with a Google account. You choose a username. We use the identifier Google issues for this app to associate your scores with that user, and we may show your public Google profile photo, as described in the privacy policy. You are responsible for activity on your account and for choosing a name that is not offensive and does not infringe others' rights.

Acceptable use

The game is for personal entertainment. Cheating, abusing other players, attempting unauthorized access to our systems, or using the service in a way that degrades it for others is not allowed.

Scores and content

Answers you enter in a match and your username may be visible to people in that match or on rankings. We do not claim ownership of the words you type; you grant us permission to display and store them as part of how the game works.

Intellectual property

The TuttiFrutti name, design, code, and materials on the site and in the app belong to TuttiFrutti Game, except for content you contribute. TuttiFrutti is not affiliated with Google beyond being published on Google Play and using Google Sign-In.

Availability

The service is provided “as is”. We may change, interrupt, or stop offering features. We do not guarantee that the game will always be available or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TuttiFrutti Game is not liable for indirect damages, lost scores, interruptions, or issues arising from use of the site or the app.

Changes

We may update these terms. The “last updated” date shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version.
